When should I avoid trading this Fed‑driven rally?

Avoid trading within ±30 minutes of major Fed/Chair remarks and avoid holding significant size into the next NFP (if within 48 hours). If only a few names show breadth, that’s rotation not broad liquidity — step back.

How much capital should I allocate to memecoins?

Cap total crypto allocation to 2–5% of portfolio and risk per memecoin trade to 0.25–0.5% of account. Use hard stops and trade liquid pairs only.
