Yes, for reading your holdings. Connect Binance or Bybit with a read-only API key and your positions sync automatically. Your keys are AES-256 encrypted and we never have withdrawal access to your funds. A connected exchange is a data source only: TradingWizard cannot place an order on it.

Open Plan & billing in settings to review your current subscription. If a change is offered in Stripe, review its charges and timing before confirming. Downgrades, billing-period switches and discounted plans may need support. Manage App Store subscriptions through Apple.

Yes. You own your data. Export your trade history as CSV, or your whole account as JSON, covering your profile, preferences, portfolio, trades, chart analyses, Wiz chats and watchlists, from settings at any time. If you cancel, your data remains exportable for 30 days before deletion.

Exchange API keys and broker credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We support 2FA and WebAuthn biometric login. All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption and we never have withdrawal access to your funds.
