1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingWizard AI ("the Platform"), operated at tradingwizard.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

2. Service Description

TradingWizard AI is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered trading analysis, automated trading bots, market signals, and educational content. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze market data and generate trade ideas, chart analysis, and risk assessments.

The Platform is an analytical tool only. Nothing on TradingWizard AI constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any linked authentication methods. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and/or passkey-based login (WebAuthn) for additional security.

You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hi@tradingwizard.ai.

4. Subscription & Billing

TradingWizard AI offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial expires to avoid being billed.

AI credits, bot execution credits, and other usage-based allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over or accumulate between billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or any other illegal trading activity.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform, its algorithms, or its AI models.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the Platform beyond its intended use.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Platform's signals, analysis, or output without written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions, abuse free-tier limits, or fraudulently obtain credits.
  • Upload malicious code, interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its source code, AI models, algorithms, design, branding, and content — are owned by TradingWizard AI and its founder. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform without explicit written consent.

You retain full ownership of your trading data, including your chart analyses, bot configurations, and trade history. We do not claim any rights over your personal trading data.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments — including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and derivatives — carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

The AI analysis provided by the Platform is probabilistic in nature. It is based on statistical models and historical data. AI-generated signals, scores, and recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and that TradingWizard AI bears no responsibility for any financial losses you incur.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google Gemini — AI-powered analysis and natural language processing.
  • TradingView — Market charts, data, and technical analysis widgets.
  • Discord — Optional notification delivery via webhooks.
  • SendGrid — Transactional email delivery.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. TradingWizard AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingWizard AI, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses from trades executed based on AI analysis or bot recommendations.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in AI-generated signals or data.
  • Service downtime, outages, or interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials.
  • Actions taken by third-party services integrated with the Platform.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI analysis, signals, or content provided through the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, abuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, or harassment of other users or staff.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining subscription time will not be refunded. You may request a copy of your personal data before termination by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
