Wiz Companion
Research what caught your eye and keep your bots close while you browse.
What it does
Two views keep things simple: This page for your research, and My bots for recorded bot activity. TradingView also keeps its on-chart Wiz launcher. The Companion flow described here requires version 5.1 or later.
The toolbar opens the panel. Settings holds your account connection and Dark, Light or Device appearance. Research drafts are never sent automatically, and the extension does not place orders or start bots.

Select a passage and right-click Research with Wiz, or click the Wiz toolbar icon and choose Use this page. Review the title, source and selected text in the panel.
My bots and Wiz bots
Switch between your bots and the public Wiz fleet. See dated scans, recorded decisions and the execution mode. Missing data stays unavailable; reads may be cached for up to three minutes.
Continue in Wiz
Open an editable chat draft with your source. You choose when to send. Instrument lookup shows stored market evidence and matching bots; bot creation opens the existing review in Wiz.
One keyboard shortcut
Alt+Shift+W opens the side panel. If Chrome has not assigned it, choose a shortcut at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Install
Requires Chrome 116 or later and its side-panel API. Other browsers are not covered by this release verification.
Sign in
After installation, follow the welcome page or open Settings in the panel and choose Connect account. Sign in to TradingWizard and confirm the connection. Your existing account and plan are used for bot and market reads.
- Open the extension and choose Connect account in Settings.
- Sign in on TradingWizard if needed, then choose Connect extension.
- Return to the panel. It shows Connected to Wiz when the connection succeeds.
Privacy
Your explicit page or selected-text action captures the title, source address and selected passage. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the source address. Focused form fields are excluded from page capture.
Persistent site permissions cover TradingView and TradingWizard. Other pages use temporary access after your toolbar, shortcut or context-menu action. Chrome protects some pages from extensions.
The connection token and preferences stay in extension storage. Account reads and pending drafts use memory-backed session storage. A draft is delivered once to the new Wiz tab and expires for delivery after ten minutes. You can remove page context or disconnect in Settings. See the privacy policy for details.
