Wiz chat
Wiz is the way to ask about what you are looking at. Type a question in plain words about a market, about one of your bots, or about your account, and it answers with what it can actually see.
Every bot trades with fake money on live market data. TradingWizard never places a real order for a member, and there is no broker or exchange connection for user trading.
What you can ask
- A market: what it is doing, what moved it, what the levels are.
- One of your bots: what it decided last, why it is waiting, when it reads next.
- Your account: what you are holding, what closed this week, where a number came from.
- The product itself: what a setting does, what a state on a card means.
What it can see
Your own bots, your own account and the public market data. It reads them through the same checks the rest of the product uses, so it can never show you something your account is not allowed to see, however the question is phrased.
When it does not have something, it says so and names what is missing. It does not fill a gap with a plausible number.
It asks before it acts
Wiz can offer to do things for you, like pausing a bot. It shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for you to confirm. An answer from the model is never authority on its own: the server checks who you are and what your plan allows before anything changes.
Looking things up on the web
For a question the market data cannot answer on its own, Wiz can check live sources and tell you what it found, with where it found it. That check is metered, because each one is a real search.

How much you can ask
Starter includes 5 questions a day. Pro and Ultimate have no daily question cap, and Ultimate thinks for longer on the questions that need it.
Research reports
Wiz can also put together a long written report on an asset or a theme, grounded in live sources and laid out like a research note: the thesis, what supports it, what would break it, and the risks. Reading the published library is free. Generating new ones is part of Ultimate.
Not advice
Wiz explains and it shows its sources. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and nothing it says is a forecast or a recommendation for your situation.
